About Ti AI

• Ti AI is Ti Protocol's AI feature that answers with generative AI. Anthropic's Claude models write the answers.
• Answers generated by the AI show "Generative AI answer · Not investment advice" below them.
• It answers in the language of your question.

What it can do

Ti AI looks up public information and shows it as answers and cards.

• Compare reference swap and bridge quotes
• Stablecoin prices and lists
• Liquidity pools and protocol stats
• Look up and search transactions
• Search tokens and supported chains
• Explain blockchain and DeFi concepts

What it does not do

• It does not create or execute transactions. Quotes are for reference only, and it does not build transaction data for signing or execution.
• Neither the AI nor the server signs for you.
• You make transactions yourself on screens such as Swap, and they run only when you review and approve them in your wallet.
• For now it does not look up your assets, missions, transfers or deposits.

Reading answers and numbers

• For numbers such as quotes, prices and fees, go by the values on the cards rather than numbers written in the answer text.
• When a card shows a source and as-of time, check them too. Do not treat a value whose source or as-of time you cannot confirm as current.
• Prices and quotes keep changing.

Important

• AI answers can be wrong or incomplete.
• The same question can get a different answer depending on the conversation.
• AI answers are not investment advice. Returns are not guaranteed. You make the final decision.
• Before a transaction, check the chain, token addresses, amount and fees shown in your wallet. Blockchain transactions cannot be undone once they run.

Before you type

• Do not enter sensitive information such as seed phrases, private keys, passwords or national ID numbers.
• Ti never asks for your seed phrase, private keys or passwords. Do not enter them even if the AI asks.
• Ti never contacts you first by messenger or DM to ask for wallet details.

Question limits

• There is a daily limit on questions. Connecting a wallet and signing in raises it.
• AI Home shows how many questions you have left. They refill every day at 00:00 UTC (9:00 a.m. KST).
• Depending on service conditions, AI answers can pause or basic guides can appear instead. Basic guides say they are not AI answers.

Conversations and data

• To write an answer, your question, the earlier messages in the same conversation and the lookup results are sent to the AI provider, Anthropic.
• Conversations are stored on the server. You cannot reopen a conversation after its usage period ends.
• Anthropic states that by default it does not use inputs and outputs sent through its API to train models.
• The Privacy Policy has the details on how personal information is handled.

Reporting answers

• If an answer is wrong or inappropriate, use the report (flag) button below it. Reports are kept for review.
